Fitness for Life
Fitness can help improve the quality of your life. Daily movement is essential for your heart, brain and hormone function. Exercising for only 30 minutes a day for a minimum of 3 days per week has enormous benefits.
If you’re a beginner, you would want to start out slow. I would recommend starting at 10 minutes per day and then building it slowly up to 30 minutes or more. As you get into the routine, you will feel stronger and healthier. It takes approximately 21 days to form a new habit so if you continue this method for approximately 3 to 4 weeks then it will become a habit. This could be a daily routine and a way of life for you.
